License the method. You get the skill files, the badge, and the right to practice Revenue Architecture under the standard we set — then deploy it with bench support behind you.
Who it is for

Training
Train the trainer. Enable the team.
Train-the-trainer programs and team enablement on RAOS for in-house revenue organizations and agencies. We bring the method to your people so they can run it without us in the room.
Who it is for
In-house revenue teams and agencies that want the operating model in the hands of their own staff.
Engagement
The authors design and operate it.
We work in two modes:
- Advisory-led. We architect; you run. We design the revenue architecture and hand it to your team with the playbooks to operate it.
- Operated / done-with-you. We run it with you — agents operating under our orchestration, the authors accountable for the result.
